Alex Little
Alex is a web developer specialising in educational technology for low resource environments. His focus now is on project development and technical management for Digital Campus. Previously, he lived in Ethiopia for 2 years working with Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO) establishing an elearning programme for Mekelle University. Roman Blanco
Roman is a medical doctor with a passion for combining appropriate ICT systems and learning in science. He leads Digital Campus’s efforts to develop and promote new technologies and learning methods in higher educational institutions in emerging countries. With over twenty years of experience in educational and health science projects, he has worked through constant technological advances incorporating them into low resource settings.

Joseba S.
Joseba is an Android an web developer, that has been involved in the OppiaMobile development for some years. He worked as a researcher in the Universidad de Alcalá (Spain), where he studied the application of gamification in e-learning environments, before starting a career as a freelance mobile developer. He is a Free Software advocate, and is also involved in various grassroots movements related with refugee and migrant support or municipalism. Find out more about Joseba on his website.
Julio Berzal
Julio is an Android developer. He studied Telecomunications at University of Alcalá de Henares (Spain) and the University of Limerick (Ireland). Since 2012 he has been working as a freelance Android developer. He understands technology as an instrument at the service of people, which respects their freedom and privacy, and trying to minimize the environmental impact.
