Through the use of appropriate pedagogy-supporting technology, our aim is to  build adequate capacity, enhance the student learning experience, and maintain the academic rigor of both undergraduate and postgraduate programs creating a flexible learning environment that could fit the cultural context of higher education  in emerging countries.
