Roman Blanco (Director)
Roman is a medical doctor and associate professor at UAH (www.uah.es), with a passion for combining appropriate ICT systems and learning in science. He leads Digital-Campus.org’s efforts to develop and promote new technologies and learning methods in higher educational institutions in emerging countries. With over ten years of experience in educational and health science projects in developing countries, he has worked thru constant technological advances incorporating them into low resource settings. Jaime Oyarzo (e-Learning Manager)
Jaime is engineer and works as e-Learning Consultant at Lund University in Sweden and teaches as Associated Professor at Computer Science School, University of Alcala, Madrid Spain. At the present time is Jaime working with e-Learning projects in universities in Africa, Europe and South- and Central America. Mike Barrow (Technical Director)
Mike is an independent IT consultant, a viticulturist, and private pilot. He is based at the Costaflores Organic vineyard in Mendoza, Argentina, but has worked on many projects in Africa, India, and Latin America, and abroad. Mike has experience in telco, finance, and education, but is now focused on cloud-based IT solutions for social inclusion projects as well as high-quality wine production.

Alex Little (Technical manager)
Alex has lived Mekelle since September 2008, working with Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO) in the Computer Science Department at Mekelle University, developing elearning programmes for the Business and Engineering faculties, as well as leading the University’s Networking and Elearning research team. Before working in Ethiopia, Alex was a senior developer and researcher in educational technology at the Open University (UK). Goitom Fitsum (MS Electrical Engineering)
Goitom is a lecturer and researcher in the Department of Electrical Engineering of Mekelle University, Ethiopia and currently he is pursuing his phD project at UAH. Araya Abrha (MS Public Health)
Araya is a lecturer and researcher in the Department of Public Health of Mekelle University, Ethiopia. Currently Araya is giving lecturers on public health courses to Public Health, Medical and Pharmacy students at Mekelle University. In addition Araya is involved in different research and development projects.

Mahmud Abdulkader (MS Biology/Microbiology)
